We are committed to educating students to have a love of nature, people, and the world.

Hwigyeong girls’s middle school is located in Hwigyeong 1-dong, Dongdaemoon-gu, Seoul-si. On January 28 1970, Hwigyeong School received accreditation of establishment, and then was authorized as hwigyeong Girls' Middle School on January 31 1970. On March 3 1970, Hwigyeong girls’ middle school was founded. The school motto is ‘wisely, beautifully, and strongly’. The chaplain is ginkgo and school flower is the magnolia. This girl middle school is organized into 3 grades and 24 classes.

We believe that the root of education is to properly and enthusiasticly care for the human mind. So we are committed to science education and also strive for moral education.

Our teaching philosophy is sincerity so that teacher and students can get together to raise truthful, diligent, and dedicated Korean women. In January 28 1970, Hwigyeong school received accreditation of establish and then was authorized as hwigyeong girls’ high school in January 18 1975. And finally Hwigyeong girls’ high school was founded in March 3 1975. In 1999, Hwigyeong girls’ high school produced 13946 graduates. Hwigyeong girls’ high school had 45 classes, 2,025 students

Based on Won Buddhism’s concept that the weak must be protected, children from 4 years to 18 years old who don’t have parents or who come from broken homes are blossoming at the free korea Orphanage.
